How does it work?

Phagenomics leverages advanced bioinformatic algorithms and databases to analyze phage genomes starting from raw reads, identifying potential issues for therapeutic use, and providing a detailed report in a neat graphical user interface.

How can I get started?

To get started with Phagenomics, simply sign up for an account on phagenomics.net. Once registered, you will have access to the platform's features and resources. Our team is also available to provide onboarding support and answer any further questions you may have.

Sequencing and consultation

In addition to Phagenomics, we can isolate DNA from your phage or host bacterium, and sequence it using short or long read technology. We can also provide customised genomic analyses and other bioinformatic support.
